Further Education – NVQ Level 2 in Indian and Asian Cuisine
This one year course covers Indian, Sri-Lankan, Nepalese, Chinese and Thai dishes. Students are also taught the fundamentals of professional cookery techniques. It is taught by specialist chefs and includes eating out experiences and demonstrations from local well known restaurant chefs.
Junior Chefs Academy in Asian Cuisine
Building on the success of the London School of Hospitality's ground breaking Junior Chef Academy, we are planning to launch a Junior Chef Academy specifically in Asian cuisine.
The course will be aimed at year 10 and 11 school pupils (aged between 14 – 16 years) and presents an excellent opportunity to introduce Asian cuisine to young people. Classes will take place on a Saturday. Upon completion students have the opportunity to progress onto one of our full-time courses in Asian cuisine.
We welcome pupils from across London and currently have students from Ealing, Hammersmith, Fulham, Hounslow, Hillingdon and Slough.
